Crystal Zens, our Executive Director, has 27 years of charity leadership experience, a 2 year dipoma from Lethbridge College and is renowned for her unwavering commitment to people and communities. Her initiatives and collaborations have brought transformation to the agencies under her leadership. From organizing impactful fundraising events to spearheading vital community support programs. Crystal's passion and dedication to her community, partnerships, and high-performing teams are instrumental in transforming lives and fostering unity within our community.

Finance Coordinator
Cherry Baird, our FCSS Finance Coordinator, is an invaluable member of our team, bringing an abundance of positivity and over two decades of experience working within the Wolf Creek School System, specializing in administration. Her extensive background and expertise in educational administration seamlessly align with our mission. Youth & Navigation Coordinator
Chelsey Hudkins is a dedicated professional who plays a pivotal role at our organization. Armed with a two-year diploma in Early Childhood Development, a diploma in Addictions Counselling, and a certificate in administration management, Chelsey possesses a unique blend of educational qualifications that equip her to excel in her multifaceted role. Her welcoming demeanor, characterized by a contagious smile and an infectious positivity, sets a warm and inviting tone for anyone who visits our office or contacts us. At the forefront of our reception desk, Chelsey leverages her education and experience to provide crucial assistance through referrals and adeptly guides community members to vital resources. With her background in working with children and youth, Chelsey's expertise seamlessly aligns with our FCSS youth programs and community collaborations, making her an indispensable asset to our team.

Clive FCSS & Home Support Coordinator
Celeste Boyle, our dedicated Home Support Coordinator, brings a wealth of experience and a profound passion for senior care to our Lacombe office. With over a decade of service within FCSS, Celeste is deeply committed to helping seniors age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes by providing essential support services. Leading a team of compassionate and diligent Home Support providers, she has embraced numerous leadership roles within our agency. In addition to her role in Lacombe, Celeste serves as the Clive FCSS Coordinator, where she has called home for the past 22 years. Her unwavering dedication to bringing preventative social programs to rural communities is matched only by her enthusiasm and innovation. Celeste is a true community advocate, brimming with creative ideas and a profound love for working alongside community members. As a passionate team leader, she is steadfast in her mission to make Clive and Lacombe exceptional places to live for residents of all ages.

Carlene Wagner, our experienced Seniors Supports Coordinator, brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our team. Armed with a 4-year U of A degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies in Special Populations ; Carlene is not only dedicated but also well-equipped to lead our efforts in providing exemplary services to seniors. Her kindness and caring nature shine through in her role as a passionate advocate for seniors facing various barriers. Carlene's commitment extends to creating programs and workshops accessible to seniors, including those living with dementia, as well as individuals over the age of 55+. With a deep understanding of how to implement and promote healthy aging, she is a driving force behind our mission to enhance the well-being of seniors in our community. Carlene's dedication to creating inclusive, enriching experiences for our senior population makes her an invaluable asset to our organization.

Community Projects Coordinator
Meet Wendy Griffin, our dynamic Community Projects Coordinator, whose qualifications and over two decades of community engagement, working in the not-for-profit, make her an invaluable asset to our team. With a solid foundation in Recreation Management, earned through a two-year diploma from RDP, Wendy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Coordinating a diverse range of programs, from Tools for Schools to Fill a Fridge, Coats for Kids, and the Community Income Tax Program, and more, Wendy is the driving force behind numerous fundraisers and community initiatives. Her fast-paced, solution-oriented approach is complemented by an infectious positivity, boundless energy, and an unwavering passion for community engagement and teamwork. Wendy is the perfect person to lead our mission of making a positive impact in the community.
