Supporting Our Community Together
Lacombe & District Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is
guided by a dedicated team of professionals and community leaders who
work together to support the well‑being of individuals and families in our community.
Our organization is made up of two key groups — Staff and Board — each playing an important role
in ensuring FCSS programs and services are responsive, effective, and community‑focused.
The FCSS staff team is responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery of programs and services.
Staff work directly with
community members, partners, and volunteers to support prevention‑focused initiatives
that strengthen individuals, families, and the community
as a whole.
Our team brings knowledge, experience, and a strong commitment to community well‑being.
Staff work collaboratively to respond to local needs and support FCSS programs and events throughout the year.
FCSS Staff
FCSS Board
The FCSS Board provides governance, oversight, and strategic direction for the organization.
Board members are community representatives who passionately volunteer
their time and efforts to
ensure FCSS operates
responsibly, effectively,
and in alignment with
its mission and mandate.
The Board supports FCSS by guiding policy, providing leadership, and helping ensure programs and services continue to meet
community needs.
Working Together for Community
Together, FCSS staff and board members are committed
to supporting strong families, healthy relationships, and a connected community.
Through collaboration, accountability, and community engagement,
FCSS continues to deliver programs and services that make a meaningful difference.
