Opening Minds Through Art: or "OMA"

 

WHAT IS OMA?

Opening Minds through Art (OMA) is an award-winning, evidence-based, intergenerational art-making program for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of neurocognitive disorders. Its failure-free program provides opportunities for creative self-expression and social engagement for people with dementia.

This community program is open to those living with dementia. Opening Minds through Art is an art-based program where participants are guided through the processes and create the opportunity to engage in decision making, develop relationships, and communicate through creative expression.

 

Join us on Wednesdays from 10:00 -11:00 am

September 29 - November 24, 2021

Fee: $20.00 includes all sessions
