Lifeline is a personal emergency response system that provides peace of mind for people who would like to feel more secure in their own homes. It is a 24 hour, 365 day monitoring service giving you the freedom to live your life independently knowing you can obtain assistance when you need it.
Who Needs Lifeline?
Lifeline is for you if you can answer “yes” to any of the following:
- You are home alone on a frequent basis
- You are at risk for falls
- You use adaptive devices to assist you with walking
- You are managing a medical condition
Lifeline subscribers wear a pendant or a wristband device that provides a quick and simple way of getting help should you have an accident or emergency in your home. You may be unable to get to the phone, for instance, after a fall and Lifeline’s monitoring service will ensure that assistance is on its way.
Lifeline subscribers pay an installation fee and a nominal monthly fee. Our trained volunteers install and maintain the units.
We service the City of Lacombe and Lacombe County.
