2022 P.A.S.S. Program
P.A.S.S. Funding Application:
The PASS program subsidizes, when possible, fees for children & youth 0-18 years to participate in recreational activities offered in the City of Lacombe.
Applicants must reside in the City & District of Lacombe. Applications may be submitted any time. Funds are limited to $100 per child/youth per year.
The PASS program is funded by the City of Lacombe Recreation and Culture Grant along with Community Donations and administered by Lacombe & District FCSS.
ELIGIBILITY for PASS Program:
Family Annual Net Income for most recent tax year must be equal to or below these levels (see line 236 of Income Tax Notice of Assessment):

ORGANIZATION
Once you have qualified for PASS, a cheque in the amount of your qualified subsidy will be sent to the organization where your child will attend the activity. Please be sure to enter the organization information in your application.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
- Last Years Tax Notice of Assessment (NoA)
- Alberta Health Care Card (Photocopies are acceptable).
